• No tattoo appointments will be made without a deposit. Deposits are required to guarantee our artists time for the appointment slot, as well as the time spent creating your design.

• All deposits are to be made directly to your artist. You can find your artists’ preferred payment method located on their personal portfolio page.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Any additional funds put toward an appointment immediately becomes part of the initial deposit. Therefor, all deposit polices will apply to the whole amount put down and will become non-refundable. We highly recommend keeping your tattoo funds in your own possession until the day of your appointment.

• We understand that things come up, all we ask is that you are honest with us. In the event that you cannot make your appointment, all deposits have a ONE time transfer as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance. After one transfer, or if we are notified after the 48 hour window, a new deposit will be required and the original forfeited.

• In the event that you must reschedule, please note that our artists are unable to reschedule you ahead of other waiting clients. We will do our best to get you back in as soon as we can, but no specific time frame is guaranteed.

• In the event that you must cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your original deposit will be forfeited.

• In the event that you no-show your scheduled appointment, meaning that you do not give any notice and simply do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re- book. It is at our artists’ discretion to re-book clients who no-show them. You may be refused booking again.

• If you arrive over 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, you may need to be rescheduled as well as forfeit your original deposit.

• In the event that your artist needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will remain valid and you will be rescheduled as soon as your artist can get you back in, ahead of other waiting clients.

• Our artists have the right to reschedule any appointment they deem necessary.

• Our artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Our artist are the heart of Hallowed Hounds Tattoo. Any disrespect to our artists or staff will NOT be tolerated in any way. In the event that a client creates an uncomfortable situation for any our artists or staff (raising your voice, unnecessary attitudes, creepy remarks, etc.), said client will immediately be asked to leave and not return to our studio.

Design Policy

• No designs will be sent to client for preview before their set appointment unless otherwise specified by artist.

• The design agreed upon by you and your artist is the design that your deposit/appointment slot are reserved for.

• Changes to the original design may be made within reason but may increase the price of the tattoo upon completion. If the original concept is changed or changes requested drastically change the original design, a new deposit will be required as compensation for our artists’ time spent on the previously agreed upon design.

• We ask that before booking with a specific artist, you carefully look over our artists’ portfolios. Our talented artists are artists first and foremost, they each have a specific style to their work. Please make sure that the artist you are choosing to book with has a style that you enjoy/matches what you are looking for in your tattoo.

• We require that all clients give our artists some creative freedom with your design to ensure that you receive the best quality work possible.

• During your consultation and when sending reference photos, please be as specific as possible. We will do our best to incorporate everything you want out of you tattoo. Please keep in mind however, certain things or too much crammed into one piece will result in a lesser tattoo. Part of our job is to guide you in the right direction and bring your vision to life in the best way possible. Please lend us some trust during your consultation.

• We kindly ask that clients do not send AI generated reference photos. Whatever prompt you would give to the robot, please just give to your artist instead. Giving your artist AI reference images may result in your idea being turned away.

• Our artists have the right to refuse any design without reasoning.
